Which 3T bar?
They list the flare on a couple:
ergonova - "The drops flare by 6°, so the width at the brake hoods is 16 mm narrower than the bar size"
tornova - "Tornova bar width is specified center-to-center at hoods. Drops flare by 2° and are approx 1 cm wider at bar end"
