No I will stick to mechanical group. Either the Athena 11sp or an use 10speed group. The only complaint I have with the 7800 is that the shifting is soft and the inside paddle is plastic.
Btw are you running race or compact crank? I'm using compact with my 10 speed and do miss the punchy feel of the race crank. In your opinion do you think the 11 speed compensate a race crank because of the increase range?

The closer and and extra gearing helps out alot on the hills. Makes a huge difference having that extra gear. Only drawback I've noticed is that you tend to shift more in the beginning to find that perfect gear.
Are you considering going electronic?
