We checked the settings and the "quickest" response is 15 minutes (sync email every 15 minutes). there is no instant, or "push notification"? if thats the correct term.

He doesn't use gmail, so he doesn't want the gmail app if he can avoid it... even though he could still receive other mail through gmail...
Thanks though~ I'm telling him to just do 15 minutes. This whole email thing never bothered me, like I said, I don't really need to get emails instantly. He does for his job though.
