Credit Card's Benefit: Extended warranty (to 2 Years)

I bought a Asus laptop about a year and five months ago. But recently has it acting up so I would need to send it to Asus to fix it.

The laptop was purchased with my credit card (and one of its benefits is to extend the warranty to 2 years)

So I was wondering how about am I going to do it?

Send it to Asus, and they will bill me? then Report the cost to my CC and my CC Company will reimburse?

Also one thing to know is that I lost my receipt so I have no prove that the laptop was purchased with my CC and purchased (a year and half months ago)
