IMO; don't think there'll be any other offers; been so many rumored offers/interests from technology suitors (MSFT, AMZN, etc) that didn't come to fruition; any competing offers would now have to be above Fairfax's. Have a feeling that the decision to write down/report the huge loss was part of the M&A/disclosure/DD part of the deal :S
