I'm ok with a suspension, they have to draw the line somewhere with the rules so that's fine. I feel 5 (8) games is a bit much given the precedent. We'll see how the suspensions go the rest of the season, shoudl be entertaining to say the least

Let's use this as a reference. 1 game suspension. No loss of control of stick, intent to swing stick and make contact. You can argue whether Keith aimed for Carter's face or shoulder, end result was still a slash to the face which resulted in the same double minor assessed during the game. That and Keith is a repeat offender
