Kessel using his stick as a weapon takes repeated swings (1st swing is ok, 2nd and 3rd are just stupid) at another player while they are being held by refs/players gets him no real suspension. While kassian's accidental swing to the jaw gets him the entire pre season + 5 regular season games?
