I cleared the CMOS by pulling the battery.
I couldn't find the jumpers on the mobo, so i just pulled the battery.
Ran windows memory diagnostic tool and it was clean.
Will run Memtest86

I've been looking into it and some sites say antivirus products like Norton can cause issues. (never ran Norton before but after reinstalling windows ran Norton Internet)Security. Other sites say google chrome can have an impact as well on the drivers or something.
Now I'm going to update to latest BIOS version, uninstall norton, and run memtest86.
