You will need to put a check valve in the line to the brake booster so it can receive a vacuum signal only. You can loose power assist during braking if you get on the brakes quickly after accelerating.(especially if the car has forced induction) Not to mention you can create a boost leak within the vacuum booster since it's not designed to receive a positive pressure signal.
