I need to head up to Prince George and Kelowna soon - they have October 1st snow tire requirements. So if you just live in a Vancouver bubble, then ya, I guess your weather report means something to you. For my needs, I would rather put my tires on in the sunshine while its warm and needed in a few weeks rather than in three weeks when its cold, dark, and wet every night when I get home from work.
