I don't really recall any particular restaurant that stood out to me but if you're planning to spend a romantic night, maybe go to Fairmont Kea Lani. Beautiful lobby, newly renovated dining room, and of course the view.
Luau is a must!
If you'll be staying in a hotel find out what perks they have to offer to the guests. While I was at the Fairmont, they have free outrigger canoe "tours" for whale watching provided to the guests. They got us pretty close (15-20 ft) away from the whales surfacing. Can say this was an amazing experience that I'll never forget. And DO go in for a dip while out there...the ocean just gives off a "good" eerie feeling LOL.
Other than that, I can only remember myself eating plenty and plenty of pineapples...
