Not surprising you have knee issues. Those shoes don't look appropriate for squatting. I noticed the imbalance, the weight goes to your front of your feet, putting pressure on your knees.

You need squat with only socks/chucks/weightlifting/ something with a decent flat sole- shoes on. And even then, direct the weight to the middle/back, and along the sides, when you squat.

Hope you don't rely on the belt too much either, you lessen the impact of core development, a great results from squatting.

I remember the first video you showed us, the squatting and instability. You mentioned you were self taught? Might want to keep reading on how to squat, or watch youtube videos more thoroughly. You're going to wreck something like those guys that do deadlifts with rounded backs.
