Be sure to check out Six Flags Discovery Kingdom at Vallejo! You have to take a ferry at the pier.
Also, check out Museum Mechanique at Fisherman's Wharf Pier 45 I think. They've got lots of old vintage arcade machines.
Pretty interesting stuff and entrance is free.
