What you need isn't sex, it's a relationship. Stop thinking you need to get laid by "x" cause that's going to make you start getting desperate. Just go with the flow, try to meet some girls and start a ACTUAL relationship other than trying to get inside them.
p's. Stop paying for sex and use that money to hit the gym or do other activities.
