When you get into a serious relationship, everything follows, including... sex.
For psychological reasons for yourself, you have to remind yourself that if you don't tell anybody, they won't know you are a virgin.
Your experience, or lack thereof, can only truly be revealed to your future partner, and I really think it will turn out to be quite endearing for her (your future serious GF) to find out.
I echo some of the posters here when saying that going the prostitutes route has a whole mountain of disadvantages which are painfully obvious (pun not intended at first, then 1 second later, intended).
