A slow process of replacing the govt is fine, with the exception of attempted cultural assimilation. And even then, nothing should even start taking place until starting in 2047 at the earliest. Even if they do the exact same thing they are doing now, it is way too early.
Now you have generations being born into this atmosphere, and tensions are rising. If they continue this path it's only going to get worse.
