I was lucky to get a spot.

The original person on the wait list (a realtor/owner of a realty company/franchise in White Rock) was persuaded by Wilson Ng (former sales manager/fleet manager at Audi of Richmond & Cowell Auto Group, now at Pfaff Leasing/McLaren) to get a S6 instead of the RS5, so I got his spot.

If I remember correctly, it was 9 for the 2013 year for Audi of Richmond and only 2 or 3 for Open Road Audi and Capilano.

Allocation is based on the dealership's sales.

Definitely more RS5s around town now.

After I got a spot (at MRSP price), some other customers wanted to pay a few percentage over MRSP to get one, but they could not because of the wait list.

Ordered April, 2012. Delivery, October 2012 (edited years).

Live Ships Map - AIS - Vessel Traffic and Positions was a godsend, and Wilson Ng's weekly updates via e-mail was great (I was really pestering him on a weekly basis).
