Blue Water Cafe - 9/10
Expensive no doubt, but we all had a very good time, and nobody said anything bad about what they ate. Service was perfect, not to intrusive but very attentive.
Favorite Dish: Kobe style short ribs, this was my second visit for dinner and my second time having their short ribs.
