Only thing I don't see eye to eye with. I'm 27, an adult, and I live at home. I could've moved out years ago like my friends did, but if I did that, I'd be renting forever. Half of them moved back home anyways since they realized they need to save. I live at home to save for a down payment. I'd rather suck it up, rough it out and live at home now for a few years before I can buy my own, rather than not be able to save and live in a basement suite/apt.
As for sex in the house...who cares...we have sex... It's not like I'm throwing her into the wall at 3am or giving her a concussion from the headboard, or having her scream at the top of her lungs. Breakfast in the morning, my family loves my gf. I can leave her at my house with my mom and dad and I'll go out and come back 6 hours later.
It's only as awkward as you make it.
