What I'm thinking is that if you want to pay full price today, they'll sell it to you no problem. However with next-gen just around the corner, they'll have more copies of the game than in previous years because there's a set of gamers waiting for a copy on their XBone or PS4.

true enough. i can see people lining up really early, and there'd be riots if the store opened to have them inform everyone they've been sold out
