Just burned through season two and finally caught up on season three. Season two was freakin' awesome and season three seems to be off to a good start, albeit at a slightly slower pace.
Gotta say that one of the things I love about this show is that it doesn't give you the entire back story all in one sitting. It feeds you tiny snippets every few episodes and keeps you drawn in. The writing in the first season is what drew me in and I'm glad to see that it's still top notch, for the most part. There have been a couple episodes where Finch and Jon were doing things that kinda made me go, "Huh?" but I can easily overlook those scenes as the rest have been fantastic.
I'll admit, though, Root creeps me out as well.
