+1. broken tib, just screw/pin the bones back together and they will heal. strengthen up the muscles again, good to go, easy as pie.

ankle surgeries, many times people can't even come back from those because you can't really re-learn how to move the ankle when it will only let you move it up and down now instead of 360* around like its supposed to. and severe lifelong chronic pain is a very realistic outcome too

Stamkos is a monster for even trying to get up on his own after breaking his leg, not just once, but twice.
