you just have to man up and fight back...(not physically but verbal insult can go both way)
if she calls you gay, call her fat, dirty whores, bitches every time you see her..
don't make any attempt to avoid her and dont' stay silent when she insults you
even if you are not good at shit talking, dont' make it easy for her...bullies back down when it gets difficult and uneasy for them
or....record what she said, post it on her facebook and youtube, send it to her husband and family, send it to your company headquarter...etc
