The supervisor being a female didn't even cross my mind. Given the situation I just assumed it was guy. I know in my line of work, although it's construction, dealing with a female is tricky cause anything can be used against you if said wrong. Call the female a bitch or something along those lines and it's instantly the mans fault. But if it's a male male conflict, call the guy a fucking asshole and knock him out if you want and nothing will be happen expect maybe a hatred or problem solved.

Don't use vulgar insults as she could claim workplace battery charges or something shit ridiculous like that. Keep your insults/comebacks clean and witty. Those ones always seem to be more effective anyway and can also be more humiliating in the end.

Just be stern and bold and don't back down. Find some dirt on her and try to expose her. She's a supervisor so she must have been there for some time. Has to be something or someone that she's done.
