Murdoc, sorry to hear that you have been dealing with this. I can't imagine how hard it is for you to post on a forum that you have been bullied at work and by a female too. You should be very proud of yourself for taking it as long as you did and for speaking about it.

Firstly, ignore the trolls talk about getting the bitch back. You and I both know that is only going to work against you as you are the big bad man and the poor little innocent mother of two is the victim. Plus it violates Policy Item D3-116-1

Since you have already gone on stress leave here are a few questions.
1. What is in your benefit plan for therapist? Do you have an EAP? (Employee Assistance Plan)?
2. Document, Document, Document. Spend the next few days documenting everything that has happened. Take the emotion out of it and just state times, date, what was said, and most importantly who heard or saw that happened. This includes name of customers, co-workers, supervisors.
3. What are your policies? Based on what I read above you work for a large org based out East. There must be some policies in place. What are the procedures for reporting incidents? and if your supervisor didn't respond?

If you can provide more details on the above, I can provide you with a lot more information.

I am working crazy hours at the office, preping for end of year and suprise surprise reviewing our policies, so I don't log on to Revscene much. If you want help PM me.

Just a note about the Workplace Bullying and Harrassment Act. The majority of took effect Nov 1 however pieces have already been in place for years. It isn't winning the lottery. My feelings got hurt or someone looked at me the wrong way or they gave Bob the better duties and mine I hate. This is serious issue. I would take making a claim very seriously as until you have been through a thorough WSBC investigation, perhaps with your employer denying the claim, you have no idea how difficult it can be.

There are also other avenues such as Employment Standard and Human Rights.

Take care Murdoc. Be proud you have taken the first step. I hope you have family and friends supporting you.
