ps, the shipping method is pretty stupid, they just put the ps4 within a huge box and put something on top of the ps4 to protect it, n nothing at the bottom. so anything physical damage to the bottom of the box will be a direct hit to the ps4, mine was shipped the same way

on another forum im on several people have damaged units and they were shipped from Amazon as well
As for the way it's shipped that's also how futureshop and bestbuy shipped theirs, a giant box with some paper filling on one side of the box only. but since they were shipped out from Richmond there wasn't really any chance for damage
