If it's somewhere you can pinpoint, you can take it apart and add foam, replace broken clips, etc. If it's everywhere, just turn up the radio lol.
Are you talking about the 3 circular filters? Buy them from the states.
As for external filters, I'm not sure what you mean and I don't even know if they make them. Do you mean a transmission cooler?
