Signed up for Cavirtex today. Anyone have any issues with lvl 2 verification?
Looking @ their fees, it rather high compared to other exchanges. Is it much of a difference just going to Waves and buying there compared to Cavirtex.
Btc-e seems to have the best rates but reading comments about how difficult to get funds to and from that exchange is making me stay away.
