They have anew policy now , it will cost another 150 for refill process such as cleaning up the tub, fixing the container, preparing " paper work" I guess too many people refill their wax.... plus shipping / insurance
However, if I keep this for my life and I can pass it on to my children , it should worth the cost. =)
