Had an accident Wednesday afternoon at SFU. Took a shitty bail off the obstacle, front tire slipped off, went over the bars, landed head first. Ended up cracking the helmet in a couple spots, and messed up my back to the point I had to take a day off work and currently have limited mobility.
Just wanted to remind everyone to stay safe out there and
wear your helmet! Even riding something you've done plenty of times can still have dire consequences.
