Bought at waves ATM today. The rates are much higher than other exchanges. They use bitstamp + 7% fee :/. I couldn't wait to get verified from cavirtex so I bought some there. Had to buy from their laptop there since the ATM was too full with cash to take more buyers!

At the time I bought, btc-e was at around $890 per btc and bitstamp was well into the $970. My price was $1102 at the ATM.
