If she really does, tell her to go gym. Do some squats and bench presses. She'll gain muscle mass and you will be a happy guy LOL and tell her she wont become muscular if thats whats preventing her going gym

She needs motivation to go to the gym, she lives way out in the boonies of maple ridge where the gyms are scarce. Her waking up at 5am to get home from work at 5pm makes her not want to drive 20min into town. There's a club 16 opening soon so she wants to sign up with her sister. But till then she seems to be slowly losing weight since her jeans are no longer are a nice snug fit.
