It seems the OP might want to spend free deductible on some de escalation training. Getting spat on is one thing.. spitting back basically takes away your credibility in court.
I agree on that I am 45 and still having difficulty to turn the other cheek. Patience is a good virtue. Hopefully he wont spit back when he is 45.
