That stretch at Iona Beach to the jetty and from Terra Nova to Steveston will definitely be gravel. And it sucks for road bikes. I believe the stretch out to the jetty has a paved section but even then, there are a lot of rocks and loose gravel all over the place. Don't ask how I know.
