Considering a set of tubulars in the new year
I'm thinking these: YOELEO SAT U Shape T38-23 Blue Tubular Road Racing Wheelset Yoeleo
38mm deep 23mm wide. cx sapim spokes. 1300gram weight for a set. It has a sealed rim bed and doesn't require rim tape.

You do realize tht they are tubulars right? Ie not clinchers. All tubulars don't use rim tape because the tire needs to be glued to the rim. Good price though. As long as yu know what you're getting into with tubs. Nothing can compre to the ride feel of Tubs, but they are a different animal when it comes to flat repair. And tubular tires are usually more expensive. Ie. $100-130 per tire.
