If they used bitcoin, it would make things MUCH easier for them. They could essentially become 'banks' outside the banks. Google in particular would probably love this.

I think if anything, Google would simply launch a version of their own coin so they don't need to associate their brand with something they have little to no control and are usually referenced with illegal transactions.
