While this is a possibility, the guy is stupid enough to do something like this in a fairly distinctive car and think he won't get caught, so I doubt he's smart enough to know how to find someone on the internet.
And to top it off, since it sounds like he drives like shit everywhere the number of people who would like to leave a shit on his hood is probably quite high.
