You can either remove the throttle body and clean it, but then you need to deal with replacing the gasket
or .. you can do what i did -- buy the CRC Throttle Body cleaner from canadian tire, turn ignition to ON (engine off), get someone to press gas pedal, spray and wipe lol.
Just gotta pull the airbox and disconnect a vacuum hose
be careful though, apparently people have been seriously injured sticking their fingers into the butterfly valve of the throttle body if it closes unexpectedly

It's on my list of things to do now. The stock lights are just terrible, especially in my car because they dim when I let off the gas, lol.
