Your post is confusing, first you say they're not supposed to aid in vision, but then you say you use them to help you park. While these HID's might make it a bit easier to park if you're too blind to use the regular reverse lights + brake lights to see, you've now just blinded everyone behind you like an asshole.
TL;DR - You're an asshole.
