Pretty sure the yellow is what got his attention. There was no way I could even turn them off since my headlights weren't on. I've never gotten hassled for my yellow fogs except when I went through a couple of road blocks at night and the cops told me to turn them off because you're only suppose to have them on when it's foggy but that's about it. I don't agree with the VI but it is what it is.
My splash shield also came off on the highway during a cruise and had to drive home at 100kph with that shit dragging on the ground. Not a very good start to my new year
