what bullshit a full vi just because the cop thinks there fog lights, and now it's a chance for the inspection facility to find more stuff wrong so he can make some $$$ for the shop. There should be some kind of arbitration other wise a cop can be a asshole and find say a bald tire something small and issue a vi for nothing.
