this is going to sound offensive to you, but as someone who doesn't know you personally and doesn't have to worry about your feelings i'm going to say it. do not be upset/mad about this, but i feel it's something you need to hear.
no girl is EVER going to date you if you act/sound like you do. tbh it's pretty pathetic and no girls is going to want a guy who's a loser and is depressed things didn't work out with girl A or girl B
seriously, you need to stop getting so emotionally involved when a girl only wants to be your friend. you need to stop pouring your heart out to a girl when you're not even dating. girls want a guy who's going to be a guy. yes they like sensitive guys, but not ones who are gonna act like pussys.
