Haven't consumed any other liquid other than water either, and drinking about 2+ liters a day.
My exercise is going great. I'm using apps by Runtastic to get me going, so Pushups, Situps and Squats, these are great apps if you guys haven't seen them before. If I ever screw up, I make sure I go back to the last exercise routine the next time I'm scheduled for. I'm running over 1.3 Miles a day now and everytime I'm done, I feel like running for longer! I don't want to stop, so I usually don't stop until I run out of time.
All around a little sore from time to time, but It's all a part of the process and I love that feeling. Feel great!
I think I'm keeping up with my goal of getting healthy. It's becoming more and more real to me that this lifestyle is not a hard one to keep up. Best of all It works best when you are honest with yourself, that's probably the hardest thing to do (It's easy to think about cutting corners, but your will power has to be stronger than letting it happen).

if you're trying to get in shape/lose weight dont bother with that long distance running bullshit
if you need endurance to run a marathon/join the military run long distance
if you wanna get shredded...other exercises are way better
