Directions: WALKING Enter through Canada Place Convention Center Entrance from street. From the Convention Center Lobby follow East Concourse Ballrooms & Exhibitions corridor to the end toward the Port Metro Vancouver offices; follow signs through door and down the stairs. DRIVING Parking is available in the public Vinci parkade (P1 & P2). The north set of elevators with your signage are to be used to enter at the cruise terminal level. Follow signs for Public Pay Parking to the left. U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) are opening a temporary NEXUS enrollment center in Vancouver at the Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal. The enrollment center is located at 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 3T4. The enrollment center will be open Monday – Sunday, 8AM to 4PM from January 20 to February 20, 2014. Please note that there is no one at this location to answer your questions outside of these office hours and you will not be permitted admission unless you have an appointment.
