SURREY (NEWS1130) – The Independent Investigations Office is dealing with a shooting in Surrey late last night.
It confirms it happened at 98th Avenue and 117th Street.
There are some reports that one person is dead after being shot by an officer, but that has yet to be confirmed.
The IIO conducts investigations into police-related deaths or injuries to determine whether or not an officer may have committed an offence.
