My question would be, for a '92 car. Definitely wouldn't bring it to a dealership, any dealership. I'd find a good dependable private mechanic and take it there. Cars back then were not nearly as specialized as they are now, so someone that works on Honda's and Toyota's should be able to find their way around a Subaru no problem.
