First off I'd ask the dealer if there's a way to do it, there might be a smaller plug at the other end of the cable or something. Otherwise you could probably carefully cut part of the grille, bend it, remove the plug, and bend it back.
I mean there has to be a way to do it, otherwise how the fuck do you get the bumper off? And aren't block heaters normally a dealer-installed option?
