* Eliminate beer garden fencing at community festivals and entertainment events, simplify the Special Occasion Licence (SOL) process, move applications online
* Allow sale of mixed-spirit drinks at public SOL events and enable hosts to serve UBrew/UVin at events, such as weddings
* Allow spirit-based liquor sales in stands at stadiums and arenas throughout the province. More flexibility around licensing.
* Extend room service hours at hotels and allow guests to move more freely with alcoholic beverages
* Private/public liquor stores to be allowed to sell "growlers" ie big refillable bottles of beer & operate refilling stations.
