Fortunately the article you linked is filled with more idiotic scare mongering, pointing out miniscule amounts of bad things like TBHQ and dimethylpolysiloxane. As that is listed in the ingredients, TBHQ is in 0.02% of the total amount of the oil that the mcnuggets are cooked in. dimethylpolysiloxane is a naturally occuring organic silicone that is used in many products due to its anti-foaming properties. It is even used as an anti-flatulence medication
So it's "bad" compared to some things (hunting for your own food, and farming for your own vegetables), and "good" compared to others (Subway, Denny's, Jack N' The Box, etc). But I am not too worried about it. I'd much prefer that they use real animal fat, but you should know what you're getting into when you go to macdonalds. Not the best ingredients, but as long as you don't eat there 12 times a day for 30 years, you will be fine.
