Party like it's 1999, cause that's the last time the Cannots lost 7 in a row. If that statistic doesn't depress you, the Cannots haven't lost to the Toronto Maple Laughs in a decade. Toronto will hoist the Stanley Cup before the Cannots will............... The Laughs have been without a cup for longer than the Cannots have been in the NHL.
In any case, I'm used to this shit.......... been following this team for 45 years. Other than three glitches, this team has earned the name the Cannots, Slump Busters, etc. They're still my team, but humour makes it bearable.
Anyway, fuck you, Gary Bettman!
